This cozy space seats up to 45 guests, with every seat close to the action, making it ideal for workshops, intimate performances, or private presentations. Equipped with a 6" elevated stage, professional stage lighting, a PA system, and a 55" smart TV, this versatile theater ensures a high-quality experience. Need extra space? An adjoining conference room is available for rent, making this space even more adaptable to your event needs.
Brown Theater
For a performance that feels like a conversation, choose the Brown Theatre.
The "Brown Theatre" comfortably seats 50 guests in a close-knit, immersive environment. Ideal for workshops, performances, and private screenings, this space offers the same technical excellence as our larger theaters—stage lights, a PA system, and a 55" smart TV—but with a more intimate feel. The 6" elevated stage ensures all eyes are on the action, while an optional adjoining conference room provides added flexibility for your event.
Red Theater
The Red Theatre: Chicago's stage for memorable moments.
The grandest of our spaces, the "Red Theatre" is a 1,235 sq ft venue that seats up to 150 guests. With professional stage lighting, a PA system, and two 55" smart TVs, it's equipped to handle performances, panel discussions, and live recordings. The 6" elevated stage makes it perfect for those looking to create an unforgettable experience in front of a larger audience. Additionally, an adjoining conference room can be rented to accommodate greenroom needs or breakout sessions, depending on availability.

These versatile classroom and conference spaces are designed for flexibility, whether you're hosting a team meeting, an acting class, or an intimate workshop. Each room can double as a greenroom during shows, offering privacy and comfort for performers. With seating for up to 20 people, these rooms are perfect for rehearsals, script readings, or brainstorming sessions. Need more equipment? A whiteboard, projector, and flip charts are available upon request to ensure your meeting runs smoothly.
Podcast Studio
Bring your voice to the world in our fully equipped podcast studio.
Step into our state-of-the-art podcast studio, where you can record crisp, professional-quality audio for your podcast, voiceover project, or interview series. Outfitted with top-notch recording equipment and soundproofing, this space is designed to help you capture every word perfectly. The comfortable, cozy setting is ideal for solo podcasters or small groups looking to record without interruptions.
All rental spaces comprise a larger venue with three theaters, two conference rooms, and a lobby bar.
